Egg Roll









Egg Rolls is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Snacks. Wheat Egg Roll is a simple and nutritious snack, perfect for busy morning breakfast. Check out this healthy and tasty snack recipe -
Knead wheat dough.. Make soft dough.Roll it to big flat bread.
Put it on hot tawa. Brush oil and cook from both the side. Press and flip to have perfect roti done. Take 2 eggs, little water , little salt and beat completely. Now Add cucumber, capsicum, onions. Add salt and pepper. Tomato and chilli sauce. Sprinkle Chaat Masala. Roll Carefully. Taddaaa you are done. Butter chicken or Makhan murg is a dish, originating in India, of chicken in a mildly spiced tomato sauce with a slight sweet and creamy texture. Give your taste buds this mouthwatering restaurant recipe easily done at home.

First marinate the chicken
Add Curd, ginger garlic paste, red chilli, salt and turmeric
Mix Well
Add chicken and mix them.
Rest for 30minutes and set aside

Now take a pan add oil. add butter
Toss it
Add onions and give it a nice fry...
Nice onions frying...Wow
Add tomatoes and see the colourful recipe
Add sometime, add salt, turmeric, sugar, coriander powder
Simmer and cook for 5 mins.

Then add cashew. Adding cashew in the start may turn it to be burnt smell.
Simmer again. It turns soft and mushy. Let it cool completely.

Now take the pan and add masala paste.
Mix it well and add garam masala.
Add chicken and cook well.

Add 2tbsp full cream and add kasoori methi
Your super awesome chicken butter masala is ready to be served.

Homestyle Chicken Gravy

Give your taste buds happiness of chicken. Enjoy chicken curry. Quick and Simple recipe that can be easily made at home. Easy blends with rice or chapati. Ingredients - Chicken, Onions, Bay Leaf, Curd, Ginger Garlic Paste, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Black Pepper, Garam Masala, Oil, Salt, Turmeric!! Steps - First Marinate Chicken Take chicken, add salt, turmeric and curd. Keep aside for approx 40mins. This process softens the chicken and helps it to cook properly. Masala Paste - Take all powdered spices as per ingredients. Add little warm water and mix well. This ensures chicken does not burn when masala is added to chicken gravy. Chicken Curry Preparation - Heat the pan and Add Mustard oil. Add chopped onions and stir In the middle add bay leaves and ginger garlic paste. This prevents bay leaf to burn. Keep frying onions. Add salt and turmeric. Onions get fried properly after 10mins. Ensure the flame is set to low. Add marinated chicken. Mix Well, Cover and cook, stir in between. Repeat this process for 15mins so that chicken gets soften. Add masala paste and little water(4tbsp). Mix Well. Cover and cook, stir in between. Repeat this process for 20mins. Now you can see masala leaves oil. This ensure masala is cooked properly. Check chicken, you should be able to cut it in between. Add a cup of water and bring it to boil. Let it boil and thicken for 10mins. Tadaaa...Enjoy your chicken curry!!
