Matar Paneer is one of the most mainstream North Indian formulae. This straightforward and flavorful formula is a luxurious amalgamation of flavors and paneer. This simple to make formula needs no presentation and can be set up in only a couple of moments. The best thing about this formula is its velvety and zesty mix; the expansion of peas to this sauce takes its taste to an alternate level altogether. Ingredients for matar paneer kaise banate hain Paneer - 200gm Peas - 150gm Fresh Cream - 2 Big Spoon Onions - Take 2 Medium Tomatoes - 2 Medium 2 Slit Green Chillies Oil Salt, Turmeric, Red chilli powder, Coriander Powder Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Butter - One Small Slice Coriander Leaves Steps - Boil peas in hot and saltwater. I would use less salt later as I have used in peas for this matar paneer recipe. This matar paneer recipe is without ginger and garlic. In a kadhai, add oil and saute paneer for 5 mins. This will remove smell of milk and make perfect matar paneer. Now in a kadhai, add oil, then onions, green chilli and tomatoes. Add some salt to it, I will not add salt further so you can adjust as per your taste. Now once it is soft and mushy allow to cool and blend smooth. Now in the same pan, add oil, and once oil is heated add the blended mixture. Now add turmeric, all masalas and cook until oil is released. Add peas and then cover and cook for 10 mins. Now add butter and full cream. When you don't have full cream use thick milk for matar paneer. Cook everything and add paneer. Cover and cook for 10 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves.
