Pav Bhaji Recipe || Simple and quick homemade Pav Bhaji!!

Pav Bhaji || Simple and yet delicious fast food for your taste buds. It has a thick vegetable curry with soft bread bun. Added Lemon and Butter gives it a perfect flavour.


Ingredients - Oil Onions - 3 finely chopped Capsicum - 1 Beans - 10 (Chopped) Green Peas - 1 small bowl Potatoes - 3 boiled Tomatoes - 4 Green Chilli - 2 Coriander Leaves - Finely Chopped Lemon - 1 Ginger Garlic Paste Salt Turmeric Powder Red Chilli Powder Pav Bhaji Masala Butter - 150gms Pav Recipe Details - Heat the pan and add oil. Once oil is heated, add finely chopped onions. Fry for 5 - 7 minutes Add Ginger - Garlic Paste Add finely chopped green chillies Add Beans and Capsicum Add Salt and turmeric powder and cover the lid for 10 mins Add Tomatoes, Boiled and mashed green peas Add red chilli powder and mix well Cover the lid and cook for 10 mins Add pav bhaji masala Add boiled and mashed potatoes Mash Completely and Add water Add little more salt and chopped coriander leaves Low the flame and add lemon juice Add Butter (1.5 table spoon), Cover the lid and put the flame off For Pav - Heat the tawa pan and add butter Slit the pav, spread and toast
