Use fresh methi for methi paratha so that flavour is intact. In a bowl, add chopped methis, oil, green chilli, salt, and ajwaain. Mix everything. Knead soft for perfect methi parantha. Cover with a damp cloth for 15mins. Now roll into flatten bread. Put it on hot tawa. Apply oil and cook from both ends. You methi parantha will come out really well if you press and cook.
