Recipe:

Gajar ka halwa, also known as gajorer halua, Gajrela, Gajar Pak, and Carrot halwa is a carrot-based sweet dessert pudding from the Indian subcontinent. It is made by placing grated carrots in a pot containing a specific amount of water, milk and sugar and then cooking while stirring regularly. Check out the recipe of gajar halwa - Carrot - 350gms Sugar - 1 Bowl 1 Spoon of crushed cardamon Half litre milk 1tbsp of ghee Take kadhai and add 1tbsp of ghee Add Grated carrot and keep frying. After 15 mins the colour would start changing and carrot would start shrinking. A fine smell would come up. Now add milk and cook for about 45 mins on low flame for carrots to cook properly. Add crushed cardamon, dry fruits and sugar. Once it starts thickening, halwa is ready. Carrot halwa is flavored with cardamom powder & garnished with chopped nuts.
