Kele ke Kebab

This recipe of mine is especially for diabetic people. Most of the times when we have various cutlets/kebabs/tikki we use potato to give the food the texture needed. So this one is solution to it so that no one in your family if diabetic should be left unhappy.

Ingredients -
2 Raw bananas
1 cup green peas
Cornflour - 2 spoons
Black Pepper Powder - Half table spoon
Red Chili Powder - Half table spoon
Cumin Powder(Roasted) - 1 table spoon
Aamchur Powder/Chaat Masala -1 table spoon
Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
Coriander leaves - Half cup very finely chopped
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Salt as per taste

Process -
Boil the raw bananas and peel them. Keep them aside to cool down.
Boil green peas and keep them aside to cool down.

Smash both bananas and green peas in a bowl.

Add cornflour, black pepper powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, aamchur powder, coriander leaves, onion and salt.

Mix them to make a dough. The dough would be sticky so use oil.

Make a small balls out of dough and flatten them. Put them in bread crumbs from both the side and keep aside.

Make all the balls in same manner. Shallow fry the kebabs and serve them hot.

Taddaaa...Enjoy and Happy Snacks
