Ingredients - Milk - 1 glass Yoghurt - 3tbsp Oats - 3tbsp Honey - 2tbsp Almonds - 10 Banana - 2 Apple - 1 Peanut Butter - 2tbsp Steps - Take a mixer jar Add fruits After that add all the ingredients Mix well in mixer for 5 mins Blend Smooth
